Charging Your AirBolt GPS

Your AirBolt GPS can be easily charged using a USB-C cable. A USB-C cable is included with your device, or you can use your own compatible cable.


A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.


With the AirBolt logo facing upwards, remove the USB-C cover located on the left-hand side of the GPS and insert the USB-C cable into the charging port (1).


While charging, the LED indicator (2) will show the charging status.


LED Charging Indicators

  1. Critically low battery:
    If the battery is extremely low, the LED may not illuminate immediately. Once the battery has received enough charge, the LED indicator will begin operating normally.

  2. Low to medium battery:
    The LED will briefly flash red approximately every 5–6 seconds.

  3. Battery above approximately 70%:
    The red LED will slowly fade in and out.

  4. Fully charged:
    Once the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn off.




You can also check the battery level at any time through the AirBolt app.




NOTE: 

Recommended Charger

We recommend using a 5V USB power adapter.

For best results, use a standard phone charger or connect the AirBolt GPS to a USB-C port on your computer.





Battery, Product Care and Disposal

The AirBolt GPS contains a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.

  • Do not expose the device or battery to fire or excessive heat.

  • Do not puncture, crush or otherwise damage the battery.

  • Do not charge the device near a heat source or in direct sunlight.

  • If the device or battery overheats, swells or becomes deformed during charging or use, immediately disconnect it from the charger and discontinue use.

  • Dispose of the device and battery in accordance with your local regulations for rechargeable lithium batteries.
