Can't see the Verify Link?

Often, your browser or email client can block the Verify Link on your email. To view it, please check your security settings of the email client/browser you are using. If you are using a client such as outlook, you'll usually be presented with an option to "view email in a browser"- please click it to do so. You'll be able to see the email then. 


The App won't let me sign in e.g. I get a message such as "Max Auth Attempts".

This means that you have likely tried to sign incorrectly too many times. You will be blocked from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on how many times you have tried to access the account incorrectly. To speed up the process, you can try and use a different internet connection to login e.g. wifi to mobile data.
