If you ever need to remove your AirBolt from your account, you can simply do so by following the steps below. Do note, after removing it, you will no longer be able to track it until you add it again to the AirBolt App or Apple Find My (Gen 2 only).




Removing the AirBolt Card from the AirBolt App:


NOTE: Please ensure the AirBolt Card is with you whilst doing this process and charged. You will no longer be able to track it after it is removed


1. Ensure you are connected to the internet and launch the AirBolt app on your phone.

2. Wait until the AirBolt you want to remove from your account is in a "connected" state -- note, this means AirBolt Card should be with you whilst doing this process and charged.

3. Swipe Left to reveal the option to delete your AirBolt.

4.  Click Delete. 

5.  Once completed, the AirBolt will be removed from your account.






How to remove your AirBolt Card From Apple Find My


NOTE: It is important to have your AirBolt Card with you when removing it from Apple Find My. If it is not nearby, you'll need to reset it before adding it again. You will no longer be able to track it after it is removed 


  1. Open the Find My App on your iOS device
  2. Click the items tab
  3. Choose the relevant AirBolt Card you wish to remove from the list
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Remove item"
  5. You will be asked to confirm, please confirm to continue.
  6. Once completed, the AirBolt Card will be removed from your account.




IMPORTANT:


As mentioned, if you remove it card from the AirBolt app or Find My, you won't be able to track it. To add it back again, you should reset your Card. To do so, please follow the link here.
