Can't see the Verify Link?
Often, your browser or email client can block the Verify Link on your email. To view it, please check your security settings. If you are using a client such as outlook, you'll usually be presented with an option to "view email in a browser"- please click it to do so. You'll be able to see the email then.
The App won't let me sign in e.g. I get a message such as "Max Auth Attempts".
This means that you have likely tried to sign incorrectly too many times. You will be blocked from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on how many times you have tried to access the account incorrectly. To speed up the process, you can try and use a different internet connection to login e.g. wifi to mobile data.
It keeps saying "invalid key" when trying to reset my password.
Usually this issue occurs when you are copying and pasting the reset key. Often, you can copy a "space" accidentally, please ensure there are no trailing spaces at the end of the key and ensure its entered correctly. Also make sure your account is active and verified.
